Why Mr. Muhammad Nadeem UDC in PTCL Faisalabad, is dis-hearted and angry on unions leaders?

I am also diploma holder (Electrical)and working as UDC since 1995. I requested to Higher management many times that we are not only departmental but employee sons also. Having Technical qualification we did not given any chance in PTCL to serve as Engineering Supervisor.

Here is the trailing mail attached that has been send to the management about Discrimination In Salary Package B/w Regular and NCPG ES. You can see the complete difference. I want to ask one question about it that why you and any CBA of PTCL has not yet ask to management about this injustice and unfairness. We know that after availing the VSS NCPG’s are in greater strength and they have big Vote bank.
