Breaking News: PTCL Pensioner’s Pension, PTET decided to raise from 8% to 20%
Islamabad (Tuesday, October 25, 2011) – PTET Board of Trustees meeting held in Islamabad today Dated 25-10-2011. It is decided that PTCL Pensioner’s Pension will be increase as following:
Pensioners retired before 1996 = 20%
Pensioners retired after 1996 = 8%

Introduction of PTET
Pakistan Telecommunication Employees Trust (PTET) was established in January 1996 under the provisions of “the Pakistan Telecommunication (Re-organization) Act 1996“.
PTET is managed by a Board of Trustees. The day-to-day administration of the Trust is assigned to the Managing Director.
The function of PTET is to manage the pension payments to erstwhile T&T and PTC pensioners. Currently over 39,000 pensioners draw pension through Post Offices.

I think this bifercation is not good,,,, all Pensioners should be treated as pensioners bcoz max of those only rely on their pension so bifercating them in two catogeries i.e b4 96 & afte 96 is not good decision.I think the raise in pension should b at same rate for all.
What do u think plz share for the interest of all Pensioners.

If advocates,pleading our case in IHC/PHC,show sincerity and commitment by speeding-up the case,we can compel PTCL to follow the judgment of Supreme Court.
Allah will help us.

WRONG DECISION BY MANAGEMENT , SELFMADE LAW IS IMPLEMENT ON PTCL PENSIONERS
We must wait for copy of the NOTIFICATION.
Call TALIBAN.What ever the consequences will be,at least we will get INSAF.

We should know that only the courts are our hope and if there is hearing of the cases we would get the justice. The fellows at IBA should peruse the cases in the courts by submitting rejoinders and other court procedures.

Dear All pensioners
A.O.A.
First of all I would like to inform our pensioners brother, that Supreme Court Judgement is not issue against PTCL Pensioners case this judgement issued in another case. No Doubt, it will be favourable decision for pensioner who will be retired after 1996. In this situation we will be submitted new petition in Supreme Court and follow the 7th Oct: 2011 judgement & also submit the same in High Courts under process pensioner cases. So Lets prepare for submit the new case in Supreme Court by PTCL Pensioners side against this bifrcation (like before or after 1996). Hope understand my point.
Now time to pressure gain, we will be success INSHA ALLAH,
1- CLEAR VIOLATION ORDER OF GOP BUDGET ANNOUNCEMENT 2010-11, 2011-12.
2- HISTORIC DECISION FULL BENCH, SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN.
3- IGNORE NA STANDING COMMITTEE IT&T ORDERS.
UNDERSTOOD ALL GOVT. NON GOVT. JUDICIAL, ETC INSTITUTION’S, “ETISALAT” PREVAILING MANAGEMENT OF PTCL IN THE TERRITORY OF PAKISTAN IMPLEMENT IN FORCE SELF MADE SO CALLED RULE & REGULATION. MAKE STATE IN A STATE.
NEXT STEP OF THE ETISLAAT WILL BE CAPTURE PAKISTAN IN CONTINUATION VIOLATIONS OF THE ORDERS GOP, THIS OUT COME WITH CONSPIRACY, THEY WILL ACHIEVE TO RULE IN PAKISTAN AGAINST ONLY 26% SHARES OF PTCL.
PRESENT GOVT. JUDICIARY & ALL DEMOCRATIC INSTITUTION’S OPEN EYES FOR THIS ACT OF ETISALAT.
IT IS ALSO VIOLATION OF SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT, AND ALSO CONTEMPT OF SUPREME COURT.

You are right that our matter will be decided from courts only.But our advocate there is so non-serious that he could not get an early date for hearing?? After 17 th june 2011(No attention by court on that date even,we were not heared)our advocate remained idle.What was the reason???Bribed,I am sure bribed by PTCL.OR he is incompetent.
I am not Advocate. Total violation of every institution, i.e. govt. of pakistan, supreme court of pakistan, high courts and also theirself, but no body to check out or take any positive action including supreme court, concerned federal ministry. After judgement passed by supreme court, they should passed AN ORDER only for IMPLEMENTATION.
NOW, THERE IS ONLY WAY TO PRAY.
Dear all AOA….This time is not for sleeping but come in action ptcl MANG check our power ptcl should withdraw all facilties step by step.It is suggested if all brothers agreed on NOV 1st pension should not withdrawn&huge protest may be started in all cities moterway& raod may be closed to gain our rights
SC judgment on 7th Oct2011,about which everyone is talking.is not in our case.But it will be helpful in our cases alredy under process in IHC and PHC.
SC has set the rout and decided that employees after 1996 are the liability of PTCL,while appointees before 1996 will be treated as Transfered Employees and Govt of Pakistan is their Guaranteer.
So,the cases in High courts are of great importance.Pray our advocate feel his responsibility.
I think the PTET is following the Government in voilation of Epic Court’s decisions. They Have come up with their own version of interpretation of the law and decions of The Honorable SC. Lets Join Hand in the struggle to eliminate this unjustice
