If the educational increment stopped on 2001 will be restored than a large sector of qualified government employees can be motivated for better work and government can win their sympathies for their policy-making will and they pray for the strengthening of democracy and present a real public welfare state.

Sindh govt. should upgrade the teachers grades in the new budget as a PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER is working in just BPS-09 which is a clear injustice for the teachers especially for those having higher qualifications. I request to the officials concerned t upgrade the post of PRIMARY TEACHERS just like the federal govt did it recently.
