December Special Incentive Package for PTCL Staff:
Dear All,
With a view to extend maximum benefit to the field staff and to boost the sales of the company, PTCL management has decided to launch a Special December Incentive Package by making the incentive package more lucrative and simple on the one hand, while doing away with many conditions and requisites for becoming eligible to get incentives on the other. This package will be re-visited in January 2011 for further improvements.
The following are the revised rates of the incentives against provision of different services:
1. New Telephone Connections (Landline)
The condition of installation within seven days after registration has been relaxed and now an amount of Rs. 350 will be paid against each new connection. This will be applicable to all NTCs with the following breakup:
Amount (Rs)
a. CSR 200
b. Technician 40
c. Engg Supervisor 40
d. Assistant Business Manger 40
e. Business Manager 30
Total 350
2. Broadband (DSL)
The incentive rate for a BB installation has been enhanced to Rs. 600 in addition to doing away with the condition of a minimum number of installations beyond which the incentive was applicable. Now Rs. 600 will be paid on the installation of each and every new BB connection as per given detail:

a. CPE Installer 300
b. CSR 120
c. MDF Technician 80
d. DSL Officer 30
e. Manager Provisioning 20
f. Assistant Business Manager 30
g. Business Manager 20
Total 600
3. IPTV
The incentive rate for the IPTV installation has been enhanced threefold and now Rs. 300 will be paid against each new installation of IPTV. The amount will be distributed among the employees as per the breakup mentioned hereunder:

a. CPE Installer 150
b. CSR 80
c. MDF Technician 50
d. DSL Officer 20
Total 300

whats about bottle neck Operation,s maintenance staff in PTCL .
its fiber Optics ( System and Cable )Staff .Which manage all the load Voice adn Data . But at the time of incentives fibre Optic staff including jointers are deprived from any package.
Is this incentive package for PTCL Empoyees…. ?
Surely not.
Only for Business staff.

My Dear fellows, it has been observed in ALL exchanges of Pakistan that Upskills staff are enjoying and doing nothing,,,all targets pressure on CPEI and upskills just fight for benefits and nothing done…Ist prove your self than ask questions from any one.

RESPECTED MANAGEMENT which incentive PTCL give us in opration not to be divided acording to roll.the incentive of lineman divide to tech abm manager brodband even bm’s.i hope management will look in to this why the incentive of linemen not given as per ptcl roll and the incentive still pending from last 8 months.
