Establishment Division denies notification enhancing retirement age of employees
Islamabad (Wednesday, October 31, 2012) – Establishment Division on Tuesday made it loud and clear that it has not issued any notification aiming at enhancing retirement age for civil servants up to 62 years.

It is worthy of mentioning here that thousands of civil servants including all those reaching age limit for retirement were excited following news of two-year increase in the retirement age of all civil servants.
A section of media had reported that coalition government had decided to enhance increase in the retirement age of all civil servants by two years and a notification in this regard has been issued which would become effective from November 1st, 2012.
