Etisalat (PTCL) Global Employee Survey Results 2011
Etisalat Group, in its endeavor to strengthen the vision of a unified set of values across all of its companies, provided an opportunity to all its employees globally, in the form of Etisalat Global Employee Survey 2011, to share their perceptions regarding the working philosophy of their company and Etisalat as a whole. The Survey, that was designed and conducted online by world-renowned M/s Nielsen, has been successfully completed and the management acknowledges the fact that our employees exhibited active participation by zealously filling out the survey.
The feedback provided by employees has shaped the results of the survey which have now been compiled by M/s Nielsen. The results have given valuable insights regarding the strengths and areas of improvement for PTCL. I feel elated to share that an overall positive response has been received from employees when compared to Etisalat Global average score & M/s Nielsen norms.
However real value of the survey for PTCL management came from the identification of the gaps and weak areas. These results are being shared with employees so that together we can strategize our way forward building on our strengths and improving the grey areas.
The attached files contain the survey results both in English and Urdu formats which are to be provided to each employee of PTCL. We are also arranging the printing of these documents and will send shortly to all offices of PTCL with the responsibility to ensure the circulation to all. As a next step, our teams will hold interactive sessions and road shows in different cities to discuss these results, way forward and action plan. The management is confident that the Survey results will help shape the future of both PTCL and Etisalat.
