   The length of service for pension should be at lest for 10 year’s unblamished service.

   As per ptcl policy lenght of service 19 years and 6 month then employee ilegible for pension but My service have 19 years and 7 month but pension not recived becuse ptcl not cot date appointment only cont date TO-I
