Mobile Service Resume in Karachi and Quetta
Karachi, Quetta (Breaking News / Friday, November 16, 2012) – Mobile phone services have been restored in Karachi and Quetta after they had been shut at 10:00 AM on Friday citing terror threats on Muharram first.
The decision to suspend mobile phone services was made by Interior Minister Rehman Malik. This is the fourth time that services have been suspended this year. The government had also suspended mobile services on Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Azha and Youm-e-Ishq-e-Rasool (PBUH).
