PTCL Announced Annual Bonus  and Salary Increase 2015

Dear All PTCL EMPLOYEES

Our Company has maintained a positive outlook in terms of operational and financial performance during the year 2014. Company is focusing not only on maintaining its market share but also striving to bring innovative and advance technologies for our customers. Despite operating in a very dynamic and competitive market facing arduous challenges of rapidly changing technologies and dwindling margins, the basic performance indicators of PTCL are consistently showing a positive trend which is indeed the result of the utmost dedication, loyalty and hard work of our employees.

As a gesture of appreciation for the PTCL family’s commitment and to applaud their untiring efforts, the Management has decided to not only grant more attractive Bonus compared to previous years but also to recognize their valuable contributions by awarding a salary raise to all eligible PTCL employees with effect from 1st April 2015. These benefits are being extended to celebrate the positive performance of the company last year and motivate the employees for putting more efforts to ensure the continued success and safety of our assets. The details of salary increase and bonus amounts vis-à-vis the performance rankings are elaborated in the attached notifications and summarized hereunder.

Bonus Payout: Under this scheme, all the Non-Management employees will be eligible for TWO Basic Salaries with a minimum payout  of Rs.12,000/- whereas the Management employees will be entitled to an amount ranging from 50 to 250% of their running basic salary, based on their performance appraisals and rankings. This additional Bonus amount will be credited in the employees’ bank accounts along with the salary of this month.

Salary Increase: The salary increases would be based on the performance evaluation and ranking of the employees in the recently concluded PMS and will be ranging from 18-26% of the Running Basic Pay for Non-Management employees and 10-18% of Running Basic Pay for Management employees.

Market is becoming more competitive and aggressive and therefore we sincerely hope that our employees in all ranks will work more fervently to withstand the challenges and maintain our consistent growth and business performance in all areas.

    PTCL has now lost its credibility among most of the citizens, who have millions of valid complains
    Against ptcl linemen staff, fully bastards, having no moral ethics, none of these are cooperative, they first damage or untie the PTCL ISDN line from a DP on a pole to a client and after receiving complain to the same number, they demand upto 300 rupees illegally to fix the line from the same pole so these are rascals breeding under PTCL
