  1. respected MR MUHAMMAD NASRULLAH welcome visit to multan i apriciate his remarks all under ground cabels will be rectfy till december 10.i am simply lineman(csr) in multan. with respect if posibel yours order obay only if 60% cabels can rectfy i hope ptcl customers and management will shoked becoz the revinew of PTCL and the customer of pPTCL will be boost up to much.at present lots of under ground cabels damage faulty without renovation we linemen (csr) request many time to RGM MTR please rectfy UNDER GROUND CABELS WE WILL GIVE MORE BUSSNISS TO PTCL AND HIS REVINEW BUT STILL RESULT IS ZERO daily lots of customers complaints closed by FAKE rectification from MDF, CALL TRANSFER,NRB AND CUSTOMERS FAKE MOBILE NUMBER.IF SOME ONE READ THIS MESSGE PLEASE CONVAY MY MESSAGE TO HIGH ATHOURTIES WHY CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT NOT BE VERFIED WITH ACTUAL FAULT?

    customers complaint booked direct on cms to lineman he(lineman) is the responsibel to athorties why customer complait still pending we(linemen) will give answer but here every local management kick off the customer complaints and close by FAKE rectification after four or five complaints customer fed up and after that he LEAVE THE PTCL NETWORK AND WITH DSL.
