PTCL & Dow University Karachi Signed MoU on Data Connectivity:

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) and Dow University of Health Sciences Karachi has signed an memorandum of understanding (MoU) to provide data connectivity between Dow University, Sindh Medical College & OJHA Institute for chest diseases using optical fiber link. On the occasion PTCL senior vice president Abdullah Yousaf told that PTCL is investing a lot to provide modern facilities to  customers.  According to MoU PTCL will provide Dow University Video Conferencing , Data Center & Wireless Broadband services.

PTCL, DUHS enter strategic partnership agreement:
KARACHI  (February 04, 2011) : Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) covered another milestone with the entry of Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) in its corporate customer’s portfolio. In this connection, PTCL will provide optical fibre connectivity to Dow Medical College (DMC), Sindh Medical College (SMC) and OJHA Institute of Chest Diseases (OICD) for integrating their academic and research processes.
Recently, PTCL and DUHS signed an agreement for provisioning of wireless broadband (EVO) to facilitate DUHS faculty members, employees and enthusiastic students in their communication and connectivity needs. These services offer secure, reliable and integrated end to end domestic connectivity solutions to cater to the research and development (R&D) and academic purposes of DUHS.
