PTCL expanding its network of bill collection points
Islamabad (January 20, 2012) : Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is expanding its nation-wide network of bill collection points to provide enhanced customer convenience.
PTCL customers can now avail the facility to pay their bills at any Ufone outlets, Ufone franchises, UShops and Service Centers. Furthermore, customers can also use any time and any day the many Public Cash Payment Machines installed at prominent public places all over the country for bill payments.
Around 200 One-Stop Shops are already serving PTCL customers to provide a broad range of customer solutions including bill payment, product sales, and after-sale services.
Committed to providing online assistance to its valued customers, PTCL regularly updates customers’ bills on its public website, http://dbill.ptcl.net.pk/. By using personalized IDs, customers can download their bills from this website and present it to any PTCL One Stop Shop or designated banks for payment of their dues.

PTCL also offers dedicated helpline services where customers can speak to trained and professional executives available round-the-clock. Customers can ring 0800 80800 for placing order; 1217 for phone directory; 1218 for registering complaints; 1236 for helpline; and 1200 for billing helpline.
