Relevant Experience:

BBA/MBA (Advanced degree in HR)

2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR

Job Description:

Hiring activities

•       Scheduling and coordinating interviews (informing candidates,   arranging venue preparing dossiers and assessment sheets) as required.

•       Coordination with nominated panel members.

Administration

•       Responsible for overseeing building management, vehicle management, out sourced activities including janitorial and security services, event management, support and assistance for SAP,

•       EVO facilities for employees and other day to day activities.

•       Administer at regional level the final disbursement of salaries of concerned staff in accordance with the SOP

Facilitation

•       Provide support to administrative staff in developing and streamlining procedures and ensuring effective utilization of available resources.

Record Updating & Reporting

•       Maintain, collect and update all control files/records on a day-to-day basis

•       Personal  visits  for  physical  examination  and  data  collection  as  and  when deemed necessary.

•       Prepare summaries and draft various official letters as per the directions of higher authorities

•       Prepare weekly HR snapshot for B-Z north.

Coordination

•       Act as liaison between Human Resource Department and other departments such as Finance, Legal department, regions and zones

•       Address employees’ concerns and complaint

Any Other Projects Assigned by the Supervisor
