PTCL Management issued Revised Statement of Ethics and Personal Information Form

Dear all PTCL Employees,

With a view to bringing more clarity about the company rules and corporate values, a Statement of Ethics was circulated among employees having the following broader objectives:

a.      Bringing a healthy and friendly relationship with employees based on their respect and dignity.

b.     Introducing the culture of in-discrimination and fair practices

c.      Providing better working environment to our employees.

d.      Creating awareness of the practices which are beneficial for them or otherwise.

e.      Up-dation of record.

This is a normal practice which has been implemented in many good organizations and has brought positive results. However it has come to our knowledge that some doubts and ambiguity have been created among employees which is not the purpose of this exercise. We always believe that we must be open and fair with our employees and don’t believe in any hidden agenda. We also don’t want to create any fear or feeling of insecurity in the company.

In order to remove any doubt, fear or ambiguity, the Statement has been made more clear and simple. It has further been decided that the signatures of the employees will not be required on this Statement; however they should read and follow the Ethical values to bring the culture of hard work, honesty, and merit in PTCL. Only personal Information Form may be updated.

    bht achi baat he hmn kc agreement ki zaroort nhi hamare sath ji antzmya zulm krrhi he wo nhi dekhti hamare workers ko tarmenate karna pay scakle nhi dena.12/shaiers nhi dena hmn govt ka mulazum tasleem nhi krna.supreeme courts high courts labour courts nirc courts ke feaisloon mn amaal nhi krna ye zulm nhi he tou kya he. hum na kal jhuky thy na jhukege.inshullah.

    یہ بڑی ہی خوش آئند بات ہے کہ انتظامیہ نے اپنے ہنرمندوں کے جذبات کا جلد اندازہ لگا لیا – میں اس ضمن میں صرف اتنا ہی سمجھنا چاہوں گا کہ اگر دستخط کی کوئی ضرورت نہیں ہے تو ان سارے اقدام کی آخر ضرورت کیا آن پڑی اگر یہ صرف ڈیٹا کلیکشن ہے تو ہر ڈویزن کے سربراہ پر یہ ذمےداری عائد کرنی چاہئیے کہ وہ وقت مقررہ سے پہلے سافٹ کاپی پر تمام انفورمشن جمع کرےاور مجاز افسر کو بذریع ای میل روانہ کرے
    عرض یہ ہےکہ:١- اگریہ انتظامیہ ، ہنرمندوں کے ساتھ ساتھ ادارے کی فلاح و بہبود اور ترقی کی خواہاں ہے تو اسے اس طریقے کے کسی بھی شاطرانہ طرزعمل سے گریز کرنا چاہئیے جو کہ بیچینی کا موئیجب بنے –
    ٢- فوری طور پر اس “ضبطہ اخلاق ” کو منسوخ کرے اور ہنرمندوں کے فلاح کے لیے بنیادی پے اسکیل کو ریوائز کرے جو کے عرصہ دراز سے سرد خانے میں پڑا ہے تا کہ ملازمین پر آپ کا اعتماد بحال ہو سکے –

    I think, there is no need of filling up such forms, as PTCL management has already keeps these information in its record, which is being obtained from the employees at this stage.

    So,my dear colleagues, beware of such tactics and be careful and be unite always.

    NOW THEY ARE TELLING THAT NO NEED SIGN BEFORE THEY GIVEN 25 JAN LAST WITH SIGNATURE ,BECARE ALL EMPLOYEES DONT GIVE ANY STATEMENT IN WRITTEN .THANKS
