PTCL One Stop Shop (OSS) Inaugurated at Gulzar-e-Hijri Karachi by Abdulla Yousef Abdulla, senior executive vice president South Zone:
KARACHI (Saturday, may 21, 2011) : One Stop Shop (OSS) is facilitating Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL’s) customers in every type of service such as billing adjustments, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills, billing installments and payments all under one roof.
“The PTCL gives high priority to customer care and is constantly endeavoring to provide its customers quality care and support,” said Abdulla Yousef Abdulla, senior executive vice president South Zone.
Inaugurating a new outlet in Gulzar-e-Hijri, he said the One Stop Shop was established in 2008 and there are 24 such outlets in Karachi which not only provide quality customer care but also a comfortable professional atmosphere where a waiting customer is provided information on the variety of services and wide range of promotions that could help customers choose what best fits their needs.
He said PTCL is heavily investing not only in new innovative service offerings but also in quality customer care and convenience. Besides One Stop Shops, the alternate options available for PTCL’s customers are the 0800 helpline and online help.
