Islamaabd (News Update / Tuesday, December 2nd, 2014) – Today on Tue, Dec 2, 2014, In the Supreme Court of Pakistan regarding hearing of appeals filed by PTET/PTCL against Peshawar and Islamabad High Courts judgements in PTCL Pensioners favour,arguments completed by both sides. Court has reserved the judgement.

Cause List dated 02/12/2014

PTCL = Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited

PTET = Pakistan Telecommunication Employees Trust

    Act No. XVII OF 1996
    An Act to provide for re-organization of telecommunication System
    SO IMMEDIATELY ABOLISH PTET & AN OTHER ORGANIZATION SET UP IN PLACE OF PTET IN WHICH REPRESENTATION OF PTCL PENSIONERS.
