PTCL Pensioners Wins Case in Islamabad High Court

PTCL Pensioners Won Case in Islamabad High Court on December 21, 2011:

“Islamabad High Court has set aside the NOTIFICATIONS issued by PTET on 27-01-2011 and also on 22-10-2011.Court further ordered that PTET was not authorized to issue such NOTIFICATIONS”.

Islamabad (Wednesday, December 21, 2011) – Today in Islamabad High Court (IHC) Islamabad, Honorable judges has announced the decision of the appeals registered by PTCL pensioners. The Court accepted their appeals/applications regarding Pension increase (as per Federal Govt announcement, Medical allowance, widows/family pensions and Minimum limit of pension of PTCL pensioners.

  3. pak govt announces increase in pension according to dearness in Pakistan.Non implementation of govt orders and thereafter court verdict is nothing but to bypass the law and challenge writ.eteesalat should act accordingly or leave our country immediately to save further loss to pensioners and pak govt..

    i am with the firm view that eteesalat either implement the court decision or will left the country with out paying the remaining installments

    no tentative progress of the court decision came in view for pensioners. high management drawing big salary at the cost of hard worker those have brought the ptcl at international level and after pvt it has caused the unemployment for the needy and those have not access to the high ups
