PTCL gains 7% growth in revenue in Q1 FY 2012-13
Islamabad (DailyTimes / Wednesday, October 17, 2012) – Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) posted a steady growth of 7 percent amounting to Rs 29 billion for 1st quarter of FY 2012-13 while gross profit stood at Rs 9.6 billion.
During the quarter PTCL offered Voluntarily Separation Scheme in order to rationalise the employee’s strength with the business needs. The scheme resulted in benefits for the employees and their families.
PTCL has a long time tradition of differentiating itself from its competitors by offering unique product to its customer, said President and CEO PTCL Walid Irshaid while addressing Board meeting.
The success of PTCL broadband internet has triggered an information revolution in the country, he said.
