PTCL Annual Dinner Gala : PTCL recognises employee through award

KARACHI (January 3, 2012) : Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL), Soofia Khanum was given the “Top Agent of the Karachi Contact Centre Award” at the Annual Dinner Gala and Awards Ceremony of PTCL Contact Centre Karachi. Soofia Khanum received her award from PTCL Senior Executive Vice President Business Zone South, Furqan Habib, who was the chief guest on the occasion. PTCL Executive Vice President Technical South, Murad Ali Shah and other dignitaries were also present. PTCL Contact Centre Karachi reaches out to customers spread all over Pakistan. Operating round the clock, the Centre hosts more than 300 Customer Service Agents, who conduct sales and pre-sales activities for PTCL products and services, and also respond to customer order queries. PTCL Contact Centre Karachi has been awarded with ISO 9001:2008 certification, and manages its operations according to international standards.
