PTCL’s Court Cases Update – Supreme Court Adjourned Appeal for a Month

Islamabad (News Update / Monday, September 15, 2014) – Pensioners of Pakistan Telecommunication Company (PTCL) is still struggling for their rights. Pakistan Telecom. Employees Trust (PTET) and PTCL still hindering to give the pensions according to the GoP announcement from year to year.

Today hearing of PTET/PTCL appeals in the Supreme Court of Pakistan adjourned today due to absence of Mr.Kamran Murtaza Advocate, counsel for PTET.
Notices also issued to the respondents with 30-days time.

  1. IN ABSENCE OF COUNSEL FROM ANY SIDE EXPERT DECISION TAKEN BY THE HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN. THE COUNSELS OF PTCL/PTET DELIBERATELY WANT TO DELAY BEING THEIR APPEAL IS TOO WEAK, NOT MAINTAINABLE.
