  1. the products of ptcl are much expensive as compare to other operators. That is why ptcl emphasizes such schemes as “town marketing campaign“.
    Thats why, revenue of ptcl is decreasing day by day ( this fact is very much clear from the decreasing number of ptcl land-line users) and company is compelled to introduce such schemes.
    In my opinion, ptcl must decrease its rates so that public may, once again, enjoy the quality with cheaper rates.
    PTCL management should think over this issue.

  2. The people are well aware of the product introduced by the PTCL and wants to utilize it but most of them cannot afford due to high service charges. The others who already using these products are lodging complaints about its imperpect services. I think PTCL management should give priority over the maintenance of cable net work so that to avoid disconnection of these services and make increase in sale as well. PTCL outsourced cable network but actually there is no contractor in the feild but only the relevant managers uses his printed signed pad on 13 % commission. This usage is in the know of all top managers i.e at the level of EVP but they intentionaly ignoring it. As a result fake maintenance is in vogue and cable network is going to be worst day to day which further reflecting huge disconnection of non payment.
