  12. Whille the Govt of Pakistan has created a trust “PTET” to Pay/look after affairs of pension pertaining retired telecom employees,it is strange that no increase in pension as allowed by the Govt in budget 2010 has so for been allowed to retired telecom employees. The PTET Management /board should take prompt action for allowing this increase to retired employees so the pensioners can be able to keep their body and soul together in high sky prices situation.

Every one is responsible for his deeds before Allah on ROZ-E-QIAMAT. While the Board Members nominated By PTCL ON PTET Board have to watch PTCL interest on PTCL chairs, they have to care the retired employees problems at PTET Chairs.

I draw the attention of m/s PTCL towards the non-increase in the pension of PTCL employees. This is a discriminatory action with the ptcl pensioners. On one hand all the non-profitable organizations e.g. Pak Army, Police, Health, Education and the organizations which are under loss e.g. Pakistan Railway, Post Office, PBC are enjoying the increase in the pension on the other hand PTCL which is a profitable organization is deprived of this increase in pension. Perhaps the merciless management of PTCL is not aware with the double digit inflation rate and price-hike in Pakistan. I don’t go into much detail otherwise their double-standard policies can be unveiled. The Hon’ble Supreme Court has not forgotten the suspecious and non-transparent privatization of PTCL.

  14. Dears all Retierd employees of ptcl Aslam Alakum,
pakistan k aaen k mutabic jo bhi Government order karti ha woh all pakistan k mulazimoon k liya hota ha lekin kuch department compniyan Aen say bala hokar mulzimoon ka ihtsal kartay hen yan par chek and balennce hay hi naheen yahan choti chti batoon k liya muzahiray karnay party hen lehaza hum us k liya bhi tiyar hen lekin Goernment Of Pakistan ka bhi haq our farz banta ha k woh chek our balence rakhe our apna wakar majrooh honey say bachaee.

  15. It is condemnable that how these old aged pensioners can be able to keep their body and soul together in high sky prices situation.
For God sake, Higher authorities should take ears and use their good offices to resolves their problems. Sorry for PTCL. We should support the current strike with help regular staff/NCPG PTCL empoyees.

  16. PTCL administration forget that thy will be retired after some time and treat as well as we are facing hard days and respect

  17. Despite Govt. notifications, we (PTCL/T&T/PTC in govt. pay scales) pensioners are deprived of the recent increase July 2010, while previous increases were given at once. Action from PAKISTAN TELECOMMUNICATION EMPLOYEES TRUST ( PTET) still awaited without any reason, despite clearer announcement in budget, while other Govt pensioners have received the revised pension from 1st July 2010. We have no concern with new administration, the Govt should take notice we were your employees NOT employee of UAE.

  18. I am sorry our PPP govt. is dumb and deaf/ It is quite strange that ptcl workers are waiting for a response either from the president or P.M They had better go to the court. Just try

  19. Assalam-o-Allekum !

It is quite strange that the retired pensioners of PTCL has not been paid the increase in pension as well as medical allowance despite lapes of two
and half months as such order for increase in pension has already been announced by the Government in its budget 2010-11.
It is very condemnable that how these old aged pensioners aan be able to keep their body and soul together in high sky prices situation.
For God sake ! Higher authorities should take ears and use their good offices to resolves their problems.

  20. khalid hamid khan says:

    AsSalamoAlaikum

I After laps of two and a half month ptcl has not increased in pension .pensionable personels are mostly aged and they only rely on pention which is not increased. In these hard days prices are going up and the living is to much difficult but ptcl responsibles and the current Govt is not taking any notice. The Hon Chief Justice of Pakistan is requested to take Soiomoto notce so that poor pensioners may have their increase in pension .

  21. Muhammad Tauqeer says:

    Assalam-o-Alaikum,

Well, It is strange that while all the other departments have paid the increase and Medical Allowance to their retired persons,PTCL has restricted the payments. These tactics are condemnable in this Democratic rule.President,Prime Minister and especially Chief Justice of Islamic Republic of Pakistan are requested to take notice of it and officials responsible for delay must be taken to task.

  22. Now, these Good for nothing, non-workers also want raise in what they are getting before…
Why Raise when they don’t work anymore?
Any know how much loss we are getting because of this Strike?
i myself lost my $3000 because of this strike.
My Phone line is Dead, it was working fine until there was no strike…
Also, my DSL stopped working and when i called for support, they denied to do it.
    What the hell?
    what i am paying for?
because of all this drama not onlyme but many other people are having problems and losses.
it would be better if Etsilat (PTCL) hire new youngsters who can work better…
