Sindh High Court Restored Pension of telephone Operator Retired through PTCL VSS Scheme 2008

Karachi (Tuesday, March 18th, 2014) – On Friday, March 14th, 2014, Sindh High Court Karachi has announced judgement regarding pension of a ex PTCL’s telephone operator (TO). Who opted Voluntary Separation Schemes (VSS) in 2008.

In 2008 PTCL launched retirement scheme fpr PTCL employees working as regular jobs. This this phase almost 33000 workers opted for the VSS and leave the company forever.

In 2012 another phase of V.S.S started. In this phase almost 7000 PTCL employees were left their jobs as regulars and NCPG group.
