On April 22, 2010 Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench has issued Stay order against NIRC Full Bench Decision in which Employees Union (Shaeen) was declared Collective Barganing Agent (CBA) for PTCL Employees.
Application of stay was moved by Pal Telecom Lines Staff Union (Malik Maqbool Group).

This is not stay order. The Honorable LHC Rwp Bench just restrain the NIRC not to issue CBA Certificate, but NIRC had already issued Certificate to PTEU w.e.f 21st April 2010.

when they gonna put foward the charterd of demand?
