		<description>The PTCL Management vide letter no. admn15-39/2005 and changes made time to time. It was decided that employees working in cadre for 12 years or more continuous service and could not promoted due to non availability of vacant post would be placed in next higher scale as per channel of promotion . All such employees were placed in next scale (as per their channel of promotion). In the light of said letter the UDC having more than 12 years service were also placed in BPS-11 as Assistant and LDCs having more than 12 year service were placed in BPS-7 in the scale of UDC.
Later on clerical positions were upgraded in the pattern of GoP Notification regarding same. According to which Asstt B-11 were upgraded to B-14 and UDC B-7 were upgraded to B-09 .UDCs already working in B-11 along with Asstt B-11(THEN) are kept un attended to continue in same status. It is worth mentioning that presently no cadre/designation exists in clerical/ministerial cadre neither in PTCL nor in GoP. Hence it doest not seem in appropriate to request that UDC B-11 may be promoted as assistant B-14.This will enhance performance and commitment of beneficiaries.</description>

Dear Brothers.

                        I suggested following points for PTCL Regular Employees Benefits in kindly same point out in over meeting of demand please.

 

1)         Immediately cancel the Medical Policy of attending Medical Board after 03 days of M/Leave of  PTCL  Employees.

2)         Issue Computerized Medical Cards to all PTCL Employees and allow the Medical Panel Hospitalization Facility on same cards only further requirements are stops, 

            The Current Policy is Lose of time &amp; health to Employees and add Rs.2,000/- Monthly Dispensary Allowance in Monthly Salary with allow Re-Embracement of the hire Private Hospitalization in special case and in emergency.

3)         Immediately Re-opened the Up-Gradation Policy from June 2008 for 
all PTCL Employees ( closed by Management of PTCL ) and change the requirements of 12 Years into 10 Years.

4)         Issue the Tools with Motor Cycle and Fuel to all Line Man and other operational Employees / Staff. 

5)         Re-Open the Channel of Promossion as per old policy for PTCL Regular and Departmental Employees / Staff.

6)         Immediately Re-Open the 35% Sun Qota System for Regular, Retired and deceased Employees.

7)         Immediately Re-Open the Haij Qota System for Regular and NCPG 
            Employees.

8)         The restored Reward Money as on closed policy for PTCL Employees on annually basis as per rule of increase annually. 

9)       increased the Daughter Marriage Grant from Rs. 50,000/- To 1,50,000/- and before Marriage of daughter.

1)       Re-Opened the Higher Educational Increments for all Employees which was Stop since Dec-2001 by PTCL Management.

12)       Revised the Education Grant Policy for all PTCL Employees as under.

A)   For Children Fee + Other Expanses Grant Annually          Rs.5,000/-

B)   For High Secondary Fee + Other Expanses G/Annually        Rs.8,000/-

C)   For College Fee + Others Expanses G/Annually              Rs.10,000/-

D)   For University Fee + Others Expanses G/Annually           Rs.15,000/- 

 
13)  Employees must be granted of thirty six salaries as loan as on one Ist Time / installment.

14)  Reinstation of holidays and over time allownces.

15)  R-R fund must be granted yearly along with at least two besic pay salary with 30 R-R leaves.

16)  Re-instation of Reward money as old policy.

17)  Bonus must be allow on company profit of 50%.

		<description>Thanks for giving huge demand which is seems to be nothing but Cary on. The following points may also be included in the demand for best interest of employees for implementation:-

1. Promotion criteria for ministerial staff compared to technical staff is very different where as they got training and posted in next post, whereas there is no such program for ministerial staff.
2. Post up-graded of ministerial staff from 5 to 7 , 7 to 9 &amp; 11 to 14 but the same was not implemented for 11 to 14 employees which is serious graviances among the ministerial staff and required to be implemented in true spirit as soon as possible.
3. Promotion for Higher qualification staff according to qualification:-
a) The criteria for promotion in regarding 12 year must be change and should be decreased to 5 year or on educational bases i.e if a person is master degree holder than 3 year is required in same scale for promotion.

4. 100 % increased in pay.
5. Sale Incentive for all employees not just only for MM &amp; BB staff.

These demands are very good &amp; we pray for the successful implementation of these demands but i want to draw your attention toward one of the bad reality NTR-1 , In fact in NTR-1 Empolyees are working from last 25-30 years on their same recuriment titles (Technician and CSR)although they are well qualified for example F.A ,B.A, AND DIPLOMA HOLDERS and they all passed department training 13 years ago, so it is my subdue request they such employees should be consider for double promotions in charted of demand.
MAY ALLAH HELP US IN SUCCESS OF OUR MUTUAL GOALS
