Karachi (Wednesday, September 4, 2013) – Telenor is Pakistan second largest callular mobile services provider. In line with its customer centric approach Telenor Pakistan introduced ‘Ask 346’ SMS based service, the first human-assisted SMS helpline in the country.

Ask 346 service would help facilitate customers who are seeking assistance for their queries. Telenor Pakistan’s ASK 346 is a unique service offering enables customers to send their queries via SMS to 346. They will receive customised responses and customer support via SMS within ten minutes of initiating the query.

This will eliminate the on-call wait time for the customers by offering swift and convenient response to their queries.
