Ans. In order to operate 3G Evo Nitro Cloud please follow below mentioned steps
Step1: Power on the Nitro Cloud.
Step2: Establish a Wi-Fi Connection—From the list of available networks on the Wi-Fi enabled device, Select a network that has the same SSID (network name i.e ZTEMTAR910B-xxx) as that of the Nitro Cloud, and then click connect.

3G EVO Nitro Clouds operates on EV-DO Rev. B network which provides speed up to 9.3 Mbps on downlink and up to 5.4 Mbps uplink. Speed is on best effort basis up to 9.3 Mbps and depends on the number of factors such as modem capability, location, distance from communication tower and number of simultaneous users.

Ans. Yes, with 3G Evo nitro cloud you can enjoy roaming at speeds up to 9.3 Mbps in more than 70 cities with auto switch to 3.1 Mbps in more than 200 cities across Pakistan

Ans. 3G Evo Nitro Cloud comes with Built-in security features that ensure optimum security for your device. By default Wi-Fi Security is kept OPEN however in-order to ensure optimal security of your Wi-Fi connection it is highly recommended that you apply security key (Wi-Fi Key).

To change the default Wi-Fi Network name and setup security establish the Wi-Fi connection to your Nitro Cloud and enter the following IP in your internet browser: 192.168.1.1 Enter the default username and password “admin” and browse the various features on the menu bar to apply security settings or change the default network name.

Ans. No, EVO USB & Wi-Fi Cloud devices cannot be upgraded to 3G Evo Nitro cloud.

Ans. You need to be aware of the following when connecting with multiple devices:
If there are several heavy data users on at the same time, you may notice degradation in performance speed and battery time.
Be aware these users are contributing to your data usage. However in case of 3G Evo Nitro Cloud, with truly unlimited bundle package, you can share your connection with others without any worries.

Q16. How close the user does’s Wi-Fi enabled device need to be from the 3G Evo Nitro Cloud?
Ans. The device will need to be within 33 feet or 10 meters radius of 3G Evo Nitro Cloud to work.
Q17. How long does a user need to charge the battery before they begin using?
Ans. The battery must be fully charged before using the 3G Evo Nitro Cloud for the first time. It is highly recommended that the battery is charged at least 8 hours before initial use. To prolong the battery life; completely drain the battery before you charge it each time.
Q18. Why is my 3G Evo Nitro Cloud warm to the touch?
Ans. 3G Evo Nitro Cloud has two radios inside: the EVO wireless Broadband radio and the Wi-Fi radio. In fringe areas of low 3G coverage, the transmit power will be at the max and therefore generate more heat and consume more battery. The device has been environmentally tested and approved by the FCC.
