My PTCL No.04236885346 Phon line and DSL is not working last months properly I have note so many many complaints on help line 1218 1236 and visited many many times in your offices but there is no response.So I requested PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ Cut the services or Resolved this Issue…

My PTCL No.0537-510606 Phone line and DSL is not working last months properly . it DC so many times it connect for 5 mints then Dc for 15 mints. Its so bad
is there any slotion for it ?
wht can i do ?
should i replace it with wateen ?

Who so ever dealing with DSL system,very poor service,when some one install than they come with in minute but when their is problem no one ask,no one care,explain lot of excuses.I always listen one reply that problem will be solved with in 24 hrs than you wait&calling but no response.
I complain on 28/1o/2011 last complaint,previous complaint rejected,today again i made a complaint again see what will happen.Shame for such services.
