Students of Schools, Colleges and Universities now apply for PTCL DSL Broadband through the following options:
Option 1 & 2: Order registration by submitting form at ‘PTCL OSS/CSCs’ OR emailing the form to ‘ PTCL Contact Center’.
- Kindly visit the broadband student link and access the form http://www.ptcl.com.pk/student/index.php
- If your institute is registered with PTCL, then please process with the filling of the form. In case your institution / university is not yet registered with PTCL then please request your institute / university administration to do by calling 0800-80800.
- After completing the form, press “Submit Your Request” tab.
- A link will appear on the top of the page to download the form in PDF format. Please Download the PDF file and have it printed.
- This printed form has to be then validated (signed and stamped) by any of the following officials of your institute/ university.
- Dean
- Principal
- Head of the Department
- Professor
- Lecturer
- Any faculty member or
- Administration staff of your institute
The completed and validated form can be taken to the PTCL One Stop Shops or customer services Centers for order entry and validation. OR the completed and validated form can be scanned and emailed to the following email address: student.broadband@ptcl.com.pk
Option 3 : Order Registration by calling PTCL Call Center
1. The order can also be placed by calling contact center 0800-80800
2. The call center agent will guide you through the procedure of order registration and validation of your request by our CSR contacting your institute/university administration.

ptcl is a fruad. I applied for student pakage – 1 MB. I submitted application duly attested by the Chairman Geography Department, University of Peshawar. Later on I received bills atleast Rs. 1490.00 per month from the ptcl. when I approached the staff, I am told that as the Peshawar University does not exist in District Nowshera, so student pakage can not be granted.
Now I am going to file a case in the court of law against ptcl for their cruelty to the students.
sir whan i was applying for DSL package at landay sarak charsadda road peshawar ptcl office and i said to them that i am a student of 2nd year and and launch my DSL to student package they said ok but after connecting the DSL they were not a student package.
sir they r all thief and taking money in connecting phone and modem and they cannot connected these without money and they have connect my DSL in one months
plz sir take action against him
i had applied for student package 7 months before and im getting bill of rs 839 for 1 mb. Its working fr8 in gurjat and other cities.
plz include our dargai malakand in online student regestration form.tanx
PTCL is fraud dnt respond on public orders of DSL and landline.for abt 2 months just reply in 24 hour v will coll bt 2 months passed their 24 hours hv nt passed yet.

i hve filled the Student Package Form for the ptcl # and attested the form from my College and submitted to the Ptcl Customer Service. They told me that ur package has been changed.
Now i find out the speed test which is 1.31 kbps dowload, and i didnt know that whether it is 1 mb student package or still not converted into student package and if not converted then what is the reason?

i would draw your kind attention for the instalation of wrong DSL package at my residence . in February this year i applied for instalation of STUDENT PACKAGE for my son faisal and deposited the forms accordingly. but against my request a normal DSL package was instaled .i conntected the local ptcl office and even endorsed my complaint through ptcl number ref id 219xg,st on 7th may and than again req id 2201MGN but no action has been taken.i would request ur kind self again to look into the matter and reconcile with rembersing of extra charge paid so far.
