Second phase of VSS scheme in PTCL?

Rumors about 2nd phase of VSS in PTCL are becoming more loud and loud. There is no stop of news about VSS or golden shake hand before June, 2010. Employees of PTCL are in great difficulties. their day and night thinking are lot of about their future.
………  But no solid information is available which can be verified by any quarter of PTCl management.
What will their in future, it may month of  June, 2010 will tell.

    I read each and every comment carefully, even of the outsider who blamed the employees for non-response, first I will offer my comments over the opinion of the employees, the opinions of the employee are different, we all the employees must think on one point, what is better for us ? either to go or to stay in PTCL and to face the circumstances whatsoever, the desparated opinions and different ideas can not lead us towards unity. Why we should blame the unions, the leaders while we are not united, we do not understand our problems, how much shamefull is this that we have no professional Union leader among us, who can lead us and who might get agreed the management of PTCL to restore BPS. the matter despite the verdict of Suprement Court is still lingering, but nobody cares, we must understand our rights and claims, then we should start our struggle, and blame others. VSS is a scheme which will provide us the opportunity and a safe passage to get out of PTCL, but it should be with BPS for regular employees otherwise it should be challenged in the court of law because it is contempt of court if the scheme is launched without implementation on the verdict of Supreme Court and if the management argues that the matter is in the court and appeal of the PTCL management is pending before the Suprement Court, then it will be prejudice to launch any scheme of VSS as the entitled regular employees shall be deprived of their legitimate right which will be against the norms of justice.
    Therefore, any announcement of scheme without implementation on the decision of Supreme Court and considering the regular employees as transferred employees, it will be against the verdict and tentamount to contempt of court as it will be a deliberate act of ignoring the instructions of Honourable Supreme Court.
    The scheme is not being propagated and wide publicity is not being made for this reason, but is there or are there any person(s) to understand it.
    This is golden chance for the employees to knock the door of Honourable Supreme Court for having decision on appeal in urgency as the opportunity is provided by the managment itself, but again who cares, until and unless we will not identify our rights, legitimacy, claims we will not get them. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IDENTIFY YOURSELVES, YOUR RIGHTS, YOUR ENTITLEMENT, ELIGIBILITY, LEGITIMACY, as we were not employed through an under-the-table agreement, we are employees of PTCL whom rights are protected by constintution of PAKISTAN and further protective cover is provided under Telecommunication Re-Organization Act-1996, in which we are declared as transferred employees and that our terms and conditions of service can not be altered or changed adversely without our consent. But do we know our rights, have we ever raised our voice for our right collectively. We are still distributed and dispersed, we should be united at least on one point that our salaries should be raised according to announcement of Govt: of Pakistan.
    Though VSS is not bad but it must be given with the rate of BPS accordingly, then I think no regular employee will prefer to stay in PTCL.
    If management wants to complete the scheme successfully, it should accept the demand of regular employees otherwise it will be for justifying their actions against the regular employees in future who will remained to stick around PTCL.
    EVERYONE MUST READ IT CAREFULLY AND RESPONSE IN EITHER CASE.

    Guys being an outsider, I don’t know much about what is going on…but as an end user of PTCL I know one thing that PTCL employees are very inefficient as far as service level is concerned. It is a norm to not respond to the complaints. My own telephone is dead for about an year and I have lost the hope of having it fixed and adopted other means of communication. However, the Internet and all the other latest services offered like Internet are doing very well and customer service and response is also very adequate. In short, I believe the older employees have adopted a typical ‘sarkari’ behavior and do not want to improve and only cry when some action is taken. Such employees should be thankful that they are being provided a chance and getting handsome money. If they were in private sector they would have been fired a long time ago.

    2007 k vss mai ptcl employees aor union ne intahai naaitafaqi ka muazahera kiya aor management ne mulazmin ko bikharne r vss lene pe majboor krne k liye regional management or union leaders ko bhaari comission or taraqi k ewaz 40000 employees nikalne ka task dia jisko pura karne k liye officers r union ne milkar propaganda muhim ka aghaaz kiya,r employees ko draya damkaya k agr vss na liya to aap sb ka future taarik jojaiga,aap sb ko future me nikal dia jaaiga ya contract pe rak dia jaiga..aaj wo saari afwahi sach saabit horahi he.agr ham shuru se hi itafaaq mai rehte to ye bura din na dekna parta…non penshioners employees ko bi nikalne pe majboor kiya gia..iska ak hi hal hai wo ye keh vss lene wale r present ptcl employees sb apas mai ak hokar apne problems hal karey…i am non penshioner..mgr aaj bhi sb me na itafaaqia he..jese ham nikal diye gai aap logo ko b nikal dia jaiga,ptcl waale chance k intazar mai he r joohi un ko moqa mila apna waar kareng..pir jese law and order k hote huwe bhi ham apna bunyadi haq penshion haasil nhi karsakte to aap log bhi hamari tarah bebasi se kuch nahi karsakoge..
    ao sb milkar ak platform banaiy,jahan se apne haqooq hasil krk us ka difaa bhi jaari rak sakyn.aap job nd salry k hote huwe itne disterb ho to hamara non penshenor ka kia haal hoga.ap abhi bhi iatafaq mai nhi rahoge to kiya ptcl se niklne k baad itafaq banaoge.
