Here is the trailing mail attached that has been send to the management about Discrimination In Salary Package B/w Regular and NCPG ES. You can see the complete difference. I want to ask one question about it that why you and any CBA of PTCL has not yet ask to management about this injustice and unfairness. We know that after availing the VSS NCPG’s are in greater strength and they have big Vote bank. So is this fair with regular staff that management and CBA both ignoring us and after calling every strike they took most benefits from us being a junior and we have nothing and now in this Eid reward we all can see this clearly.
Don’t you think that CBA also doing injustice with regular staff? So we need a sharp answer regarding this matter and all the regular ES they should must write there views about it and think about it other wise our juniors will getting more and more benefits and we just look there faces as management understand only the language of strike.

Dear Friend;
you have pointed out major difference of salary & allowances between different group of ESs in PTCL.
But you have left some differences among the ESs of F-80, F-82, F-83 which are also required to be considered by the PTCL Management as well as CBA.
1. Pension
2. Promotion Policy
3. Eligibility for Pre-Promotion Exam of B-17
4. Medical Facility of Parents.
5. Security of Service.
6. Loans & Advances.
Please include these points also, and we the F-82 batch always remain with you to get our rights from the management by any way.
I agree with Qurban, whenever anybody compares the salary difference between a regular and NCPG ES, he forgets that NCPG are considered to be non-regular PTCL employees and are not eligible for the pension. Moreover, there are several other differences also. The major difference is the recent ES promotion test in which NCPG ES are not eligible to participate although they have completed their 5 years of service in PTCL.

As already some friends has been pointed out that you should compare all facts & figure.
But according to my information the salary pakage which is shown in chart by you is wrong.
GROSS SALARY MAY 2008 of NCPG of F82 is not 22000 ,infact it is 18000.Please correct your this mistake.
The salary amount of 22000 is only given to the supervisors who have got their B.S/B.Sc Engineering Degree,because they are more qualified than D.A.E. In other words B.Sc Engg are basically equal to BPS-17.So,dont compare their salary to F80 batch of BPS-11.

It is a totally unfair with regular employee of PTCL Especially with ES, i belong with F-81 Out CBA i don’t know why always voice raise for NCPG employee Even though Especially NCPG ES getting high Salaries as compare with Regular ES.

As for as my concern Regular ESs of F-80 Batch are on right side they joined PTCL at the time of Musharaf and with merit. Boys from Karachi i know more the 5 or 6 just left PTCL because of injustice and difference b/w regular NCPG pay difference .still BE qualified boys working as ES 11. while 3rd class BS and BCS boys got MT status

First of all dont compare ES BPS with ES NCPG….
It is better ES F-80 compare with ES F-70,71,72,73,74 and etc. then you will find what is difference between salaries.
i am Agreed with you injustice standing there in company still…
whenever unionist not sinceres with worker this will be continued forever………….
ES BPS is gold for company….Because BPS is Standard For GOVT Sector all over the pakistan. and always stands with great concern.ES BPS will Take Sweet Fruit at the end of service.
ES NCPG is Silver for company and u can say contract without limit….Because NCPG Company Oriented Term which was used in Company and alway stands with fear.NCPG Taking Currently Eaten Sweet Fruit.
So Thats why Dont Worry!
GOD Betters knows that which one 1st class and which one 3rd Class..

INJUSTICE WITH REGULAR STAFF
3 YEARS JUNIORS are TAKING DOUBLE EID BONUS AND 14000 more SALARY
WE SHOULD UNITE FOR OUR FINANCIAL RIGHTS
1- PENSION:- According to Govt. rules is now 1540 Ruppes
2- Promotion Policy:- No DPC since 2003
3- Eligibility for Pre-Promotion Exam of B-17:- NTS IS Taking EXAMS. after 8 Years whereas NCPG is upgraded after 3 Years Without any EXAMS.
4. Medical Facility of Parents:- Medical Policy is too bad only Unoinist and Higher management is benifishery, I never take medical facility for me and my family.
5. Security of Service:- NCPG are also for the age of 60
6. Loans & Advances:- ALSO FOR NCPG
7. promotions in OPS where NCPGs are not allowed.:- ALSO FOR NCPG
8. Leaves are more allowed then NCPGs.:- Leave are not granted due to sortage of STAFF
WHERAS NCPG
1- They are drawing more EID BONUS than us:-
BPS – 8000 NCPG – 15291
2- 30% increase:-
BPS – 1812 NCPG – 4588

My friends Abbas have already clear All above queries, I want to add something Loans and Advances for NCPG are also higher then BPS, due to huge difference in basic Pays , we are not trying to say decrease salaries of NCPG , we are saying salaries package should be same, and for your information we already mail to management that if they give Job security we will accept any other job status with better salary Package.
Promotion in OPS for NCPG is also Allowed its example Mr Imran Kazim NCPG ES IP Operations his OPS approved from GM , but he left PTCL before getting orders
Really it is openly injustice and one thing is more no any union raise the hand against this problem why NCPG ES Taking more Salary as compare With Regular E.S..even though Regular E.S are seniority wise are seniors but it is out bad luck and ptcl all union are currypt union they just make the money and noting MR Zia Who is only technician he is a millionaire
