Dear Sir,
PTCL medical policy has fully failed, because only higher Scale PTCL employees taking full benefits who live in big cities of the country. The PTCL dispensary staff not cooperative with employees. When patients go to dispensary they do not found any tables , syrups etc
In view of my above facts I give suggestion that PTCL medical policy must be change
We all Departmental senior most Engineering Supervisors want to invite your kind attention a very serious issue regarding the Examination for Engineer/SDO/ AM which was going to be held in May 2nd 2009, but unfortunately said examination was postponed without any reason. Whereas since last six/seven years the said examination was not conducted by Management, while in previous company was exam conducted in every year. All the departmental ESs requested to your kind Honour the Training/examination be conducted through departmental in the best interest of employees & company.
It is inform you that in our residential PTCL colonies in different cities vss/retired employees still now occupied and allotted to lower grade employees name. Whereas on duty employees facing very difficulties. In this regard kindly take up quick action those retired employees and vacate the quarter and allot same quarter on seniority basis to On duty staff only.

I Would like to say .I donot trust to CBA because they are liar .They did not perform for workers they just perform some people.I appeal to managment please increase salary of employees .We did not want chartted od demand .We want new pay scale.

We request to authority kindly take action and give them promotion

What about 12 years promotion policy. when we will promot in next scale.?????
Now i have 13 years of service but my promotion in BPS-7 to BPS-11 is pending. why?? any body tell me the reasons why company stop the promotions.
i m NCPG, what is NCPG mean compensate, and depart paid me salary on compensation if compensation is finished then what they do with us. for God Sake give us BPS, issue notification for increasing pay & leave the logo of CNG from us.

i am working in N3 (NCPG) since 2005, i am waiting for promotion, salary increase and BPS scale
it requested that optical fiber cable laid by ptcl in small cities,towns and rural areas, whereas DRS already available. In this regard request you kindly stop the morally wrong policy because atleast 25 kilo meters the DRS System is working very well, and totaly load of station two or three E1s, why ptcl invest million rupees of said project.if ptcl same cable utilize in big cities (district level) the ratio of CUSTOMERS must be increase and our potential customers will satisfied of PTCL services. kindly consider my this point of view.

I m working In N2 Since 5 Year And I m Honestly & Hard working Duty Performance in Ptcl.But Duty 14 Hours to be taken.No any Benifit will be pay my extra work.No any Leave Concept No any Benifit for lower Staff. all ppl have genuine problems but the main thing is that who will resolve that problems ….. is any 1 taking initiative?
i have complaint about drinking water and toilet condition in PTCL premises.
all officers have neat and clean wash rooms but for employees……… a miserable condition of that, flash tank are faulty and worst condition of that wash rooms.
also no drinking water facility, we c other organizations they provide distelled water with dispenser to their employees but …………. alas. what i say u know all better.
anyway i request HR to give each and equal facilities to all employees. thx
We ES-F82 did not entitle medical facility of parents but all other employee getting this facility. I tried at region level and contact with Dr. Shafiq ur rehman for confirmation, he replied that there is no such facility. I contact my group, but response was very negative. some of ES,s getting facility by fake. They anger with me that, I am trying to stop there fake facility. Now I wish to got facility but with legal and regularized manner.
govt announced two day off in a week but ptcl still on one why
I joined PTCL on 08.09.1990 as ES (F-69 Batch). I qualified Class-II Exam in 1998 but still i not granted Selection Grabe B-16. we made several requests time and again but not a single improvement in this regard.
Further added that junior Batch F-75 joined PTCL in 1995 and they were granted Selection Grade in 2005.
In this way our entire Batch deprived off genuine and legal right. So I request HR Department to intervene the matter and resolve this prolonged issue.

This is general observation that PTCL Union’s Representatives are mostly do not perform their legitimate duties and usually wander here and there in the name of various “essential jobs ? deriving holidays at their own sweet will as and when needed.
On the other hand the PTCL HQs Islamabad already enjoying holiday of every Saturday.
Oppression is that the staff of all the Regional Offices and their allied Sub-Offices have the actual timing is up to 3.30 p.m but they have to remain on duty more than 5.00 pm daily, because as to how the Heads of Regional & Sub Offices may leave their offices when Top Management of the HQs have end time is 5.00 p.m and remain present (but have holiday of every Saturday), eventually the subordinates of the Regional / Sub office have compulsorily to remain in office minimum up to 5.00 p.m daily up to HQs end time, BUT ALAS TO SAY THAT THEY (REGIONAL / SUB OFFICES STAFF) HAVE NO HOLIDAY ON SATURDAY TOO.
Despite the passage of third “Holiday Saturday” even of the Commercial Banks, Wapda, OGDCL etc. announced by the govt., non of the PTEU member took-up with PTCL HQs for the holiday in question is absolutely proves that the PTEU have no concern with PTCL general employees. If they are sincere, they must to get permitted holiday on every Saturday at par with PTCL HQs.

THERE ARE 37 DAILYWAGES WITH ME WORKING IN DEV O.F (N) REGION FROM 2002, BUT OUR SOME FRIENDS ARE WORKING WITH US HAVE CONVERTED IN NCPG BUT OUR CASE IS STILL PENDING. KINDLY SUGGEST US HOW WE FORWARED OUR CASE.
Cash Medical ………………… This is a valid truth that particular groups of Officers / officials are availing out of turn medical facilities from PTCL Dispensaries, well-reputed Doctors and Hospitals but, majority of general PTCL employees, particularly of remote or rural areas (a real work force) are deprived of from true medical facilities because of the reasons :-
• Have to spent more fare than the medicine given to them at PTCL Dispensaries.
• Prescribed / Required medicines are mostly not available at PTCL Dispensaries.
• Pannel Hospitals & Doctors claim exaggerated and A-One category charges, which are “intriguingly” verified by PTCL Doctors, but actually treated with PTCL patients like baggers .
• In some time the Pannel Hospitals / Doctors get cash from PTCL Employees on various pretends then also claim from PTCL as well(double game). Complaints of Effected employees, in this regard, are brushed aside, but amazing to say that the suspicious claims of the Pannel Hospitals / Doctors are verified, sanctioned and paid to them without giving due attention towards distinctive mal-practice of the Pannel Hospitals / Doctors. On the other hand genuine re-imbursement claims of the employees are saliently accepted thus rejected putting them upon hamstring objections.
• There is no parameter to have discreet check of “actual entitles” at Pannel Hospitals. Most of the Doctors and Pannel Hospitals also want to have Mal-practice of all medical facilities for “Non-Entitled / Out-siders” through some miscreant Employees, is also a depriving factor for the Entitled employees too. This is also a great loss both to PTCL and deserving employees.
• It is, therefore, submitted that Only “chronic” patients are to be allowed for medical treatment on PTCL expenses. “General” medical facilities i.e of “medicines and local Consultancy” being extended through PTCL Dispensaries, is to be converted into a fixed “cash medical” for each employee with their salaries to avoid wastage of expenditure being incurred on PTCL Dispensary Doctors, POL, Staff, Offices, electricity, equipment etc. I assure that not only a good cash medical allowance could be given to each employee, but also millions of rupees, will save for PTCL in just current budget being allocated/released for PTCL Dispensaries, medicines, local consultancies etc. and majority of deprived/general employees will well-come this judicial decision too.
“Helloptcl & PTEU ” may please to collect more facts in this regard and submit to PTCL Competent Authorities to plz fix Cash medical in place of general treatment in the interest of all employees.

I have come to know from reliable sources that a good news for those Telephone Operators who are working in BPS-11. The PTCL management and PTEU compromising to change cadre of T.Os (BPS-11) and redesigned as Engineering supervisor BPS-11. This issue is very old and most important., if this news is true then to appreciate the PTCl management. The PTCL management and PTCL union should be solve the another issue of promotion of employees according to higher qualification Union must be take action to solve it.

I would like to request management as well as the representatives of the newly elected CBA Shaheen through this form that I have improved my qualification from M.A to MBA but still I am working as a Senior Office Assistant in N-2 NCPG according to rules and regulations of the organizations that Imust be promoted in the at least in BPS-17 on Higher Qualification base but there is no one raise a voice for us as I know there is hundreds of individuals in the company who improved their qualification but still working in their appointed cadre which really frustrate us. further more the management has set a policy that they advertised their posts on internet PTCL website but they are not considering the internal employees even if we meet their criteria, shame on them.
I would like to request our Union leaders and Management to please consider us for the posts advertised through internet or fix a quota for the internal employees to encourage us that we might be more fruitful for the company and help company to achieve their objectives in future.

I would like to kind attention of Higher Management of P.T.C.L as well as the representatives of the newly elected CBA Shaheen through this form that in the agenda of All CBA those are entered in the Referendum they are promised and Dawas with employee whose are qualifying higher education they are promoted in the higher scale but still is pending, we are not knowing who is the C.B.A. working in P.T.C.L, all is fighting with each other in the platform of P.T.C.L, no any since with employees then he save their chairs, I have already passed out M.B.A. in (M.I.S) but still I am working as a Assistant in BPS – 14. The P.T.C.L. management is appointed newly candidates from out side he can not see internally how many employees are working in Higher Qualification e.g (MBA, BCS, MPA etc.,).
It is further that higher management has set a policy that they announced their posts/vacancies on internet PTCL website as well as in the news, but they are not considering the internal employees even if we meet their criteria, shame on them.
I further requested our respected Union leaders and respected Higher Management to please consider us for the posts advertised through internet or fix a quota for the internal employees those are more reliable, obedient, sincere and beneficial for P.T.C.L. environment. Don’t be encourage us on humanitarian ground that we might be more fruitful for the company and help company to achieve their objectives in future.

It is submitted that I am a VSS optee and retired in 2008.This month when I went to draw my monthly Pension,it was informed that the PTCL pensioners are not allowed to get the increased pension plus Medical Allowance as PTET has not allowed for it.All the other deptt. pensioners have got the benefites announced by the govt. but PTCL emloyees did not.

My Father was associated with PTCL (T&T Telegraph Kotri Sindh) and he has passed 28 Years in PTCL and he was availing medical policy and during his services he has expired on May 1997 under BPS-17 and his widow is getting pension from PTCL but she is getting any medical benefit from the PTCL company but now i want avail medical policy for mother and get proper treatment under PTCL medical policy. I would to request to please guide me how I will avail medical policy for mother from PTCL.
