  • Working as Engineering supervisor (Switching) in PTCL from 2002 up till Now.

Obtain 6 months training of EWSD Switch, ZTE Switch, Alcatel Switch, DSL, VOIP, DXX. and currently working in ZTE OMC PSTN switch responsibilities of AMA, LAMA CD Preparing, Subscriber Administration, O&M Work. , Worked in OSP and responsibilities of fault clearance, PABX handling ,CMS handling, OSP data management, cable fault locating & Handling of Online OCS & Billing System (B&CC), etc., installation of DSL (Lan & Wireless Lan),Complete configuration of PC etc.
